Auto Hangar India is committed to preserving the privacy and identity of all customers. Information received from customers during the normal course of doing business will remain strictly confidential unless subpoenaed or otherwise required by state officials during the course of an investigation or other official inquiry. Upon written request with valid confirmation of identity from either the customer or an authorized individual, customers may receive digital copies of their information from storage on Auto Hangar files. However, Auto Hangar India is not by contract responsible for the storage, maintenance, and on-demand retrieval of customer data, so some requests may not be fulfilled on a case-by-case basis.
